Using the Q&A feature for a job you have created

  1. As an admin, navigate to the 'Chats' Tab on the main page.

  2. On this page you will see all the questions that have been posted to the jobs in your organisation. To reply to these questions, click on the individual question.

  3. From here you can add your answer to the conversation which will post it to the relevant workers.
